As Principal, Kenneth Fantes oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including Investment Strategy, Capital Structuring, Acquisitions, and Dispositions. With over 14 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Kenneth has a well-established track record. His career began as an associate on an investment sales team at Fortune International in Miami, where he participated in transactions totaling over $250 million. He later founded Biscayne Companies, managing a multifamily portfolio exceeding $100 million across the southeastern United States for seven years.

Throughout his career, Kenneth has directly influenced transactions exceeding $300 million, involving the capitalization, development, and sales of condominiums in the Caribbean and South Florida. His extensive expertise provides invaluable assurance to private and institutional capital partners entering the real estate sector.

Kenneth was honored with a Forty Under 40 award by the South Florida Business Journal in 2024. He serves on the Emerging Leaders Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council and participated on the advisory board of Earth Robotics, a Miami-based startup.
