Alex is a client-focused Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) professional with over 16 years of experience in financial services, investment management, and real estate. He brings a unique blend of relationship-building, financial analysis, and strategic execution to every interaction—earning the trust of both institutional investors and private clients.

Prior to joining Bay Heights Capital, Alex held senior roles at JP Morgan Chase, where he specialized in private client banking, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management. His background gives him a deep understanding of investor needs, risk tolerance, and long-term capital growth strategies. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University, further solidifying his skills in financial modeling, asset management, and investment planning.
